Research shows it takes about 8 weeks to show noticable changes from exercising, and the 10- and 20-session private training packages have been designed with this in mind.

One of the tricks to develop loyalty to your new body is to schedule workouts as you would a date with a friend. For maximum results, in addition to your two private weekly training sessions at home, Natalie will give you structured "homework" that corresponds to your goals. You bring commitment and belief in your goals. Natalie brings expertise, motivation and accountability for your program. No more excuses for blowing off your workouts.

While one-on-one sessions are ideal for some people, private group sessions are also available for those who like to train with friends and family.


> TRIAL PACKAGE
If you don’t know the name of the muscle under your arm (or how to tone it), or think you already know everything, try the Trial Package. For beginners and for those looking to break a training plateau, this package is your ticket to something fresh and unique. All aboard!

Package includes:
• 30-minute consultation culminating in a detailed, written workout program based on your goals
• Guidance through the workout program with two private 50-minute workouts
